Cleaning duration and cost varies based on property size, service area, frequency and requested cleaning scope of work. With a team, we will stay a minimum of 1hr to a max of 6hrs. We can provide an estimation on completion time only. We do not rush and ensure work is thoroughly checked/completed before departing! If you need supplies, let us know and we will help!
Maintenance and Deep cleans in rotation included. Occasional bed-making, linen/towel changing and organizing. Supply services/consultation available upon request (applicable fees apply). Includes a team of 1-3 Senior level team members. Minimum commitment of 1 year, must have signed up with 2 or more residences to receive a minimum $25 off. Out of service areas available upon request.

Cleans include disinfecting high touch surfaces, all-around surface/counter-top dusting/wiping/disinfecting, full bathroom(s)/kitchen, outside cupboards/drawers/appliances, wipe mirrors, clean floors including baseboards, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
Recommended for one-time cleans.
Includes a team of up to 1-3 people.
Out of service areas are not available.

Cleans include Maintenance tasks plus inside appliances (microwave, oven, fridge) and cupboards/drawers (fridge, cupboards/drawers must be empty - if we need to empty, clean and put back an extra fee of $50-$100 applies).
